Admission will be on a merit basis by following the reservation quota determined by the government and the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad
The Student has to register for the course he/she wants to seek admission to along with photocopies of mark sheets of the previous qualifying exam
The merit List & First Waiting list of the registered students will be prepared and displayed on the notice board on the specified date at the time of registration.
The following documents, duly attested and completed in all respects should be submitted along with the application form:
1. Original and 2 photocopies of mark memo of last qualifying exam.
2. Original and 2 photocopies of T.C.
3. 10th for T.C. & Marks Memo.
4. Recent 4 Passport size photographs
5. Xerox of Caste Certificate from competent authority (if applicable)
6. Domicile Certificate (For Non-Maharashtra in students only)
7. Adhaar Card 2 photocopies.
If the Seat is still vacant then Spot Admission will be given.
1. The college aims to provide fair and equal access to all prospective students by taking into account the diverse needs and all-round development of the students in the admission process and to minimize barriers to admission application. To support this colleges have adopted key principles that govern the admission process.
2. The information brochure of the college must include all the mandatory information as required by the act, rules, regulations ordinances, and relevant government decisions. This will help the college in ensuring the necessary care and protection of the interest of parents and students of the college and to carry out professionally every aspect of education and underpinned it by appropriate institutional standards, structures and processes.
3. The college shall prepare the admission program schedule sixty days before start of the successive academic year. Every step from the start till the end of the admission process shall be the so that proper opportunity is given to proscan students specified for seeking admission and the college for selecting students who are able to complete the program of study, as judged by their achievement and their potential. Student profiling shall be completed during the admission process. College must complete the Review of the admission process within 10 days after the admission process is over. The admission process shall normally be over within twenty days from the commencement of the first term of the academic year. This is necessary because the working days in the academic year can be completed according to the educational standards.
4. The university supervise, control & regulates the admission and enrolment of students to programsstudents of study in colleges. The student enrollment information according to the program of studies shall be monitored and reported timely by the head of the departments to the principal. The Principal after reconciling admission information with the Registrar approves and displays the names of admitted students selected according to the program of study.
5. The lower age limit for seeking admission at the time of admission at the entry-level shall be 18 years. The upper age limit for completion of a first-degre program of study of students shall be 22 years.
6. Students eligible as per GOI/EBC/full fees category shall pay all the fees as admissible to them at the time of admission to the college. Students paying partial fees will not be allowed to fill out exam forms and neither their forms shall be forwarded to the university by the college and a penalty will be levied on the student for the outstanding amount. The penalty will be based on the remaining amount and on the delay in paying all the fees.
7. Students admitted in any year if applies to cancel their admission to the college then if he does so in the first academic session he/she shall have to pay the first-term fees of college and if in the second term of the academic year, he/she shall have to pay all the fees. Students canceling the admission must give strong reasons and the program coordinator shall justify the reasons mentioned by the student for cancellation of admission under any circumstances fees will not be returned to the student.
8. College admission shall be based on the intake capacity of the program base on the study and accordingly on the basis of the reservation policy of the Government of Maharashtra and competitive merit. Competitive merit includes students’ efforts and participation in extra-curricular, extension, co-curricular activities, etc, and the percentage of the last exam as competitive merit and weightage assign for program-wise admission. The college shall have the power to refuse admission to a student except at the entry point.
9. Students selected to be represented at the level of their classes, colleges for sports, culture, and all other extra-curricular activities, are selected entirely based on merit, competitive merit, through open merit competition alone and no other basis
10. Students admitted to college after 20 days admission period shall pay late admission fees. Students will be responsible for obtaining eligibility from the university and paying late charges.
11. The college shall retain the documents in the form of certificates, memos, or any other documents deposited in the college by a prospective student/person while seeking admission till the eligibility of the student is obtained from the university. Such documents shall be returned to the students within the given cut date i.e.before filing exam forms.
12. All the disputes relating to admission to the college shall be adjudicated based on by the university student grievance redressal cell. The grievance mechanism in detail given in Schedule A.
