For all library transactions, the production of an Identity Card is compulsory obtaining identity cards soon after admission is necessary.
Students shall collect library cards by producing Identity Cards. The Library Card duly filled with pasting one photograph is to be submitted at the issue counter for borrowing books for home reading. If a library card is lost, the student has to inform the librarian in writing. Towards replacement cost, students will have to pay Rs. 50/- for the library card.
For home reading books are issued for seven days against a library card. A student who fails to return books before the due date shall have to pay late fees of Rs. 5 per day per book. While borrowing students must check the books thoroughly in respect of damage and missing pages.
Students returning books with missing pages or damaged forms will have to replace the book or pay its price as per the rules.
